A nursery for plants will be built near Perm for 325 million rubles

A nursery for plants will be built on the territory of the Perm Municipal District. The construction of a greenhouse complex for growing flowers and agricultural products has received the status of a priority investment project. It is implemented by Perm Flower Company LLC. The decision was made at a meeting of the regional Council for entrepreneurship and improvement of the investment climate.

The complex will be located at the Eastern Bypass. It provides for the construction of industrial greenhouses and laboratory facilities. The investment is estimated at 325 million rubles. The nursery should be put into operation in 2032.

The company will open a classroom that will host practical classes for students of higher education institutions, including Perm State Agrarian and Technological University.

The standard of living is also rising. The Perm Region ranks third in terms of the rate of resettlement of emergency housing. At the same time, the president nevertheless drew attention to the shortcomings in the social block: in particular, over 25% of schoolchildren in the region are still studying in the second shift.
