Soldiers of the 51st Guards army told the details of the liberation of Dachny

During the liberation of the Dachnoye settlement in the Dnipropetrovsk region, soldiers of the 114th brigade of the 51st Guards Army of the Center group used attack tactics from several sides. The relevant footage is published by Izvestia on July 10.

"There were about five groups of us. That is, everyone took their position, and after that, the village itself was cleared," said shooter Alexander Morenko.

His group entered the settlement from the east and held a defensive position. During the task, the fighters made their way past the enemy, using the natural shelters of the area. After that, the servicemen entrenched themselves in one of the houses of the settlement.

"Behind enemy lines, you don't know — "how?", "what?". You go and storm the houses. It was the first time for me," shooter Dmitry Arykov told Izvestia correspondent Alexander Safiulin about the baptism of fire.

After the beginning of the assault, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) located in Dachny began to take retaliatory actions and went to clean up the surrounding buildings. Dmitry held a position in one of these buildings.

"They came to us. They probably didn't even know we were sitting there, because they were trying to open the door. They couldn't — they started breaking down the door, climbed through the window," he recalls.

Other fighters went to Dachnoye through Novoukrainka. To the north, in the landing area, there was an enemy fortified area that needed to be occupied.

"First, this fortification was cleared so that it would be possible to accumulate resources," explained serviceman Igor Pazukha.

The other base of the Russian forces was on the southern side, where there were forest belts and thickets of reeds.

The last group of fighters carried out a diversionary maneuver and went to clean up the village by a direct route along the highway.

"Just head-on along the highway, boys, heroes, let's go. We dropped into the first houses," said Pazukha.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have prepared dugouts on the outskirts of the village. The Russian army used artillery and kamikaze drones to overcome especially fortified fortifications, said the commander of a rifle company with the call sign Groza.

The United States has frozen the supply of certain types of weapons to Kiev, and Europe is unable to fully compensate for these losses.

The Russian military liberated Dachnoye on July 7. It was clarified that in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces, the Ukrainian army lost more than 440 militants, 11 pickups and three field artillery guns.

The attack aircraft were supported by drone operators of the 56th Infantry Battalion of the 51st Guards Army of the Southern Military District during the liberation of Dachnoye. A soldier with the call sign Tobol called cutting logistics one of the main tasks.
