The Ministry of Defense, together with the Ministry of Finance, implemented the technical capability to instantly and online confirm a serviceman's participation in a special military operation (SVO). This was announced on July 9 by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov.

"Today we are taking another step — almost complete automation of the confirmation of rights to benefits. This is done with the leading participation of the Ministry of Finance <...>. The Ministry of Economic Development also plays a major role here," he said during a meeting on improving the system of non—documentary confirmation of benefits for its participants.

The head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Maksut Shadaev, in turn, confirmed the readiness of the system. He stressed that through it, the data processing time will be reduced to a few seconds.

According to Kirill Albychev, Director of the Department of the Ministry of Economic Development, the analysis of existing support measures for the participants of the CBR and their family members will become the basis for their unification and provision of a single application to the IFC.

"First of all, it is planned to receive federal, regional and municipal social support measures without additional paper certificates as soon as possible, using information from the Ministry of Defense's data showcase.
