The governor of the Pskov region signed a decree banning the publication of information about UAVs

The Governor of the Pskov Region, Mikhail Vedernikov, signed a decree banning the publication of information on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the region. He announced this on July 8 in the Telegram channel.

It is clarified that the ban also includes the dissemination of information on the basis of which it is possible to identify the type of drone, the place of launch and fall, the flight path, as well as identify the attack sites and fix the damage caused.

Now, the publication of such data in the region will be criminalized. Such actions can be classified as providing assistance to the enemy.

Since May 3, 2023, a ban on the launch of UAVs has been in effect in Moscow. The decision was made to prevent unauthorized use of drones, which could complicate the work of law enforcement agencies.
