Investigators have opened a criminal case into an accident in the Stupino city district of the Moscow Region, which injured 15 people. This was announced on July 8 by the Main Investigative Department (GSU) of the Investigative Committee for the region.

"Upon the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of passengers, an investigator from the territorial investigation department of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region has initiated a criminal case (art.238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the Telegram channel says.
