Partly cloudy, short—term rain in the afternoon, sometimes heavy rain, sometimes thunderstorms, hail and up to +33 degrees - this weather awaits residents of the capital region on Tuesday, July 8. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +31 to +33 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +19.

In the Moscow region, it will be from +28 to +33 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to +16.

A southerly wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s is expected, with gusts of up to 17 m/s in a thunderstorm.

The atmospheric pressure will be 742-744 mmHg.

Earlier, on July 7, Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, said that the hottest days are expected in Moscow in the second half of this week. According to him, there will be no rain from Wednesday to Friday, and the temperature in the city center may reach +35 degrees.
