As a result of storms and strong winds, flooding began in Poland, which led to the destruction of buildings and the collapse of trees. This was announced on July 7 by the portal Gazeta.pl .

"There was a lot of destruction in many areas of Poland. <...> In the areas of Bochnia and Brzesko, trees were felled due to the storm, and local flooding occurred. The roofs of some buildings were also damaged," the portal said in a statement.

It is also reported that residents of the Subcarpathian voivodeship were left without electricity.

"Firefighters had to remove broken branches and trees from roads, sidewalks, houses and power lines," the portal explains.

Earlier in the day, as a result of flooding in Texas, USA, the death toll increased to 104 people. In Kerr County, authorities reported 84 deaths — 56 adults and 28 children.
