- The Roscongress Foundation's RK-Skills project was included in the TOP 100 ideas at the Strong Ideas for a New Age forum
On July 3, the TOP 100 most promising ideas submitted to the SYNV in 2025 were announced. The Roscongress Foundation's RK-Skills project is one of them.
This year, over 35,000 applications were sent to the forum in five areas of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI): social, entrepreneurial, human resources, technological, as well as environmental and climate national initiatives. The social trend has become the most popular again, collecting almost 50% of the total number of ideas.
There is an idea on the platform.Roscongress.More than 2.5 thousand experts worked in the Russian Federation, who selected 1,000 promising ideas aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens, as well as ensuring the technological and industrial sovereignty of the country. Then the ASI expert council of 200 people identified the top 300 and top 100 ideas. The forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, and VEB.The Russian Federation, together with partners and regional authorities, will provide comprehensive support to the winning projects: from finding business contacts and organizing presentations to investors to information promotion and participation in national and international events.
The RK-Skills project is a personnel program of the Roscongress Foundation for people with disabilities and disabilities. He was introduced at the forum by Ilya Gulidin, Head of the Social Projects Department of the Roscongress Foundation's Directorate for Work with Participants. He told the forum participants and the expert jury how, through specialized trainings and internships, the project contributes to the practical and psychological adaptation of able-bodied people with disabilities and disabilities to the corporate environment.
"The inclusive RK-Skills project has brought together those who strive to create a space where everyone feels needed and able to realize their dreams. Together we overcome the limitations that prevent talented people from realizing their potential. Our partners are commercial and non–profit organizations interested in sustainable development in the social sphere. They help us organize training, consultations and internships, participate in events for the project's wards, and assist in finding employment," said Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Management Board and Director of the Roscongress Foundation.
The RK-Skills project is part of the ecosystem of social, youth and career initiatives of the Roscongress Foundation "Potential of the Country"*. The mission of RK-Skills is to help people with disabilities and disabilities to socialize and adapt to the working environment, and most importantly, to start a career. The project opens up prospects for the second side of the process, employers. Companies get the opportunity to close state quotas for the employment of people with disabilities in accordance with the law, find trained and motivated employees, get advice from project experts on inclusive communication and workplace adaptation in order to effectively set up business processes with employees with disabilities and disabilities.
The work with the project's wards is conducted in two stages: training sessions and an internship at the company. During the trainings, future applicants learn the basics of corporate culture and ethics, improve flexible skills that help them adapt to communicating with strangers and overcome psychological barriers. Participants also learn the basics of financial literacy, working with office software, resume rules, the nuances of interviewing, and even English. After training, candidates for employment undergo internships at partner companies of the project or at the Roscongress Foundation, where they get the opportunity to put their knowledge and skills into practice.
*The Potential of the Country is an ecosystem of social, youth, and career initiatives of the Roscongress Foundation aimed at developing human resources.
