The British company has revealed the details of its new flagship smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3. This is a smartphone with a design that copies the new iPhone models and an Android operating system, essentially combining the technologies of the United States and China.
The novelty received a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K. This is a technology that allows you to dynamically adjust the refresh rate of the screen (from 1 Hz to 120 Hz), which saves battery power without losing image quality. The 1.5K resolution (2772×1240 pixels) guarantees clarity and detail, especially when watching media files or playing games.
The smartphone also features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. The company has officially confirmed the use of this chipset, which is expected to offer high performance for gaming and multitasking. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is a simplified version of the Snapdragon 8 chip, which retains key advantages: energy efficiency and support for modern technologies such as 5G, Wi—Fi 7.
The camera's main sensor uses a 1/1.3-inch format with optical stabilization, which ensures excellent photo quality in low-light conditions. The wide-angle module is suitable for landscapes and group shots, and the telephoto lens with triple optical zoom will allow you to get closer to objects without losing details. This configuration makes it possible to create professional images from different angles without resorting to additional accessories. In total, four 50-megapixel modules are available: the main, wide-angle, triple-magnification telephoto, and front-facing.
As for the battery, the 5150 mAh is one of the most capacious batteries in the premium segment. Fast and powerful charging of 100 watts will help to prepare the gadget for full operation in 25 minutes.
The smartphone supports NFC and e-SIM, which makes it universal for use in different countries without the need for a physical SIM card. The operating system is Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5 shell. According to the developers, the interface is optimized to work with new features, including improved notification management and integration with gadgets of the company's ecosystem.

IT specialist Sergey Pomortsev believes that explicit copying of iPhone ideas can play a cruel joke with the device - the audience can put the Phone 3 in the category of "Chinese clones", and coupled with the high price tag, this will negatively affect sales.
