The number of victims as a result of Israeli strikes on Iranian territory has increased to 935 people. This was reported on June 30 by the Tasnim news agency, citing the official representative of the Iranian judiciary, Asghar Jahangir.

"The Zionist enemy [Israel], with the support of the United States, brutally killed about a thousand people in Iran," the agency's Telegram channel says.

According to the latest information from the forensic medical examination, 935 victims have been identified, including 38 children and 102 women, some of whom were pregnant.

The decisive role was played by the superiority of Tehran's opponents in the air, experts believe.

Earlier, on June 29, it was reported that 71 people were killed as a result of an Israeli strike on Tehran's Evin prison in Tehran. It is specified that several facilities on the territory of the prison were hit: the health department, the engineering and technical building, the assembly building and the prison prosecutor's office. The victims were hospitalized and provided with medical assistance.
