In Moscow, under the "1 ruble per square meter per year" program, investors have opened 19 private kindergartens in eight districts. This was announced on Sunday, June 29, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Policy.

About 1.4 thousand places have been created in these institutions, the total area of the facilities is 27.8 thousand square meters. m. They are located in eight administrative districts of the capital.

According to the terms of the program, the city transfers premises for renovation and equipment to investors, after which entrepreneurs can switch to a preferential lease for up to 49 years.

According to Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the City Property Department, tenants of 18 facilities are currently working on preferential terms, the website reports. kp.ru .

Kirill Purtov, head of the Competition Policy Department, added that the demand for participation in the program is consistently high — on average, there are six applicants per lot, writes RIAMO.

Earlier in June, it was reported that an investor would be able to build a private kindergarten in the Ostankino district of Moscow. The facility will be designed for 60 students.
