The reconstruction project of Ostrovsky Street in Perm will be developed by the winter of 2026

Perm announced the search for a contractor to develop a project for the reconstruction of Nikolai Ostrovsky Street. This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction on the public procurement portal.

Reconstruction is planned on the section from Revolution Street to Belinsky Street. The contractor will have to carry out design and survey work and prepare the necessary documentation for transfer to the state expertise by July 2026, and submit the final draft by December 1 of the same year.

The length of the reconstructed section will be 810 m. The road will be made four—lane, with two lanes in each direction. A 2 m wide bike path will also be built on Ostrovsky, a sidewalk will be made and a video surveillance system will be installed. Landscaping works will also be carried out on a total area of 1.5 hectares.

According to the news agency, the maximum value of the contract with the contractor will be 37.2 million rubles. The customer is MCU Permblagostrovstvo.
