The Soviet district Court of Makhachkala has seized property belonging to the business structures of the family of the Secretary of State of the Republic of Dagestan Magomed-Sultan Magomedov, Izvestia found out on June 26. In particular, we are talking about the land on which the Dagnefteprodukt oil refinery is located, and at least one of the apartments in Moscow, which is registered to one of Magomedov's daughters.
It follows from the Rosreestr extract, which is available to Izvestia, that the seizure of a land plot of about 160 hectares, on which the Dagnefteprodukt plant is located, was imposed on June 25 at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
The cadastral value of this land alone, excluding the industrial facilities located on it, is estimated at 1.6 billion rubles.
The land belongs to Kaspetrolservice LLC. This company, in turn, belongs to LLC "SME Holding", which, according to the Kontur service.Focus", owned by Magomedov's children.
Earlier it became known that the Russian Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit against Magomed Sultan Magomedov related to the transfer of the property of the Dagnefteprodukt plant to the state revenue.
On June 25, law enforcement agencies conducted investigative actions against Magomedov. On the same day, a source from Izvestia reported that, according to preliminary information, searches were also conducted at 50 addresses of Magomedov's relatives.
Dagestan's Secretary of state is suspected of illegally exporting petroleum products abroad, a law enforcement source told Izvestia. According to him, the official's enterprises exported processed raw materials at a zero tax rate, although such raw materials are excisable products.
