Gorenje burning at the landfill of solid waste eliminated in the EAO

It took 31 hours to eliminate Gorenje burning on an area of 1 thousand square meters at a solid waste landfill in the Jewish Autonomous Region (EAO). This was reported on June 26 in the Telegram channel of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"After 31 hours of work, the EMERCOM of Russia fighters managed to eliminate gorenje at the site of a fire at a solid waste warehouse 7 km from Birobidzhan," the report says.

It is specified that there were no serviceable water sources near the scene of the incident. To eliminate the fire, I had to drive 2.7 km to an open reservoir. Tanker trucks refueled there.
