- PSB will expand the program of support for participants of its "New title — entrepreneur"
The PSB will expand the program of support for participants and veterans of the SVO, military retirees and their family members "New title — entrepreneur". This presupposes an agreement concluded during the SPIEF with Topfranchise LLC.
According to the press service of the PSB, the new partner will provide the participants of the program with expertise on entering the franchise market. They will learn about the advantages and difficulties of working for a franchise and, if desired, will be able to start the path of a franchisee.
"This program is strategically important — it helps heroes find their vocation after military service. The set of tools that we offer will allow the participants of the special operation to undergo training, develop entrepreneurial competencies and open their own business in a peaceful life," said Irina Zhimerina, Senior Vice President, head of the small and medium—sized business unit of the PSB, speaking at the Heroes in Business session.
According to her, since the launch of the New Entrepreneur Title program, the bank has received more than 500 applications for training, about 350 people have already started studying, and 30 have opened their own businesses.
Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Tatyana Ilyushnikova, in turn, noted that the energy and desire of the participants of the NGO "to change the world bring great opportunities for the development of villages and cities." "And our task is to help them realize themselves, to make the process of starting and running a business clear and simple. My Business Centers, regions, development institutions, community leaders, and banks are comprehensively involved in this work. The main thing now is to unify support. We will definitely take into account the best practices and prepare recommendations for field work," Ilyushnikova emphasized.
At the "Heroes in Business" session, they discussed how the state, public associations and large businesses contribute to the integration of their participants into entrepreneurial activities, which areas of work are priorities and what role regions play in supporting military personnel on the way to starting their own business.
The program "New title — Entrepreneur" was launched by the PSB jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in May of this year.
