Bank ROSSIYA and Polyplast Group have signed a cooperation agreement

Bank ROSSIYA and Polyplast Group signed a cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) on June 19.

The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Alexander Shamsutdinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Polyplast Group. The agreement provides for the introduction of banking technologies, the implementation of investment programs of the holding, support for joint projects and financial consulting.

Polyplast is a leading Russian manufacturer of chemical additives for the construction and industrial sectors. The implementation of joint projects with the Bank will create an additional impetus for expanding the production capacities of enterprises within the holding's perimeter. By actively investing in the expansion of production capacities and implementing an import substitution policy, the company increased its share in the Russian domestic market to 60% for a number of products, as well as increased export volumes.

"Our strategic partnership with Polyplast Group has been going on since 2023. Bank ROSSIYA provides several enterprises of the group with financing for business development and expansion, including in the form of loans in rubles and yuan, factoring services, and also organizes the placement of bond loans. We consider participation in the Group's foreign economic activity calculations, as well as joint projects with the SOGAZ insurance company to be promising areas. Our cooperation will contribute to the development of the real sector of the Russian economy, as well as increase the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in domestic and international markets," said Klishin.

Shamsutdinov, in turn, noted that Polyplast is ready to expand cooperation with Bank ROSSIYA to strengthen its position in the domestic and foreign markets and promote the technological sovereignty of the Russian economy.
