Bank ROSSIYA and Polyplast Group have signed a cooperation agreement
Bank ROSSIYA and Polyplast Group signed a cooperation agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) on June 19.
The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Alexander Shamsutdinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Polyplast Group. The agreement provides for the introduction of banking technologies, the implementation of investment programs of the holding, support for joint projects and financial consulting.
Polyplast is a leading Russian manufacturer of chemical additives for the construction and industrial sectors. The implementation of joint projects with the Bank will create an additional impetus for expanding the production capacities of enterprises within the holding's perimeter. By actively investing in the expansion of production capacities and implementing an import substitution policy, the company increased its share in the Russian domestic market to 60% for a number of products, as well as increased export volumes.
Shamsutdinov, in turn, noted that Polyplast is ready to expand cooperation with Bank ROSSIYA to strengthen its position in the domestic and foreign markets and promote the technological sovereignty of the Russian economy.
