Bank ROSSIYA and Soyuz-Region Group of Companies will join forces to support the Russian automotive industry

On June 19, Bank ROSSIYA and the Soyuz-Region Group of Companies signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

The document was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Andrey Lyapunov, CEO of the Group.

The agreement provides for the development of banking technologies and infrastructure, the implementation of joint investment programs, and the provision of financial consulting services by the Bank to the Group.

"The signing of the agreement with Soyuz-Region Group is a significant step in the implementation of our strategy to support systemically important sectors of the Russian economy. The Group's activities play an important role in the development of the leading manufacturer of diesel cars and engines, KAMAZ PJSC, whose products serve as an important link for the stable operation of enterprises from a wide variety of fields. Soyuz-Region Group participates in import substitution processes, in the development of logistics and the growth of regional economies," said Polinko.

According to her, the cooperation will contribute to the modernization of the business and increase the efficiency of the group's financial operations.

This cooperation will open up new opportunities for our enterprises and will be an important step towards the development of the Russian automotive industry and the economy as a whole," Lyapunov said.

Prior to that, Bank ROSSIYA and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) had signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Mikhail Klishin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank ROSSIYA, and Aisen Nikolaev, Head of Yakutia.
