Air Arabia cancelled flights from and to Russia due to conflict in the Middle East

Air Arabia has cancelled regular flights from and to Russia until June 30 due to the situation in the Middle East. This was announced on June 18 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"The carrier will continue to carry out export flights," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that today the company planned to transport more than 460 passengers to Moscow and Yekaterinburg. Also on June 19, Air Arabia was going to perform five flights to Russia to deliver almost 800 passengers.

On the same day, Iran extended the ban on international and domestic flights until 01:30 Moscow time on June 19. It was clarified that the measures were taken to ensure the safety of passengers and flights.

Earlier, on June 16, the Nour News agency reported an attempt by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to attack the vicinity of the airport in Tabriz in Iran with rockets. Then the Iranian air defense forces successfully eliminated all "enemy targets", preventing their arrival.
