Iran's Supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei was transported to a bunker near the border with Afghanistan after the start of Israeli strikes on Tehran. This was reported on June 15 by the Iranian TV channel Iran International, citing sources.

"A few hours after the start of the Israeli attacks on Tehran on Friday morning, Ali Khamenei was transferred to an underground bunker in Lavizan, located northeast of Tehran," the publication says.
