A new building of regional hospital No. 2 will be built in Krasnodar

The new administrative building will be built on the territory of the Regional Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Krasnodar. Information about this is posted in the Procurement system.

The cost of the facility will exceed 1 billion rubles. It will be located on a land plot of 8.6 hectares. The area of the building itself will be almost 7.2 thousand square meters, height — 37 m.

The City Hall has issued a construction permit for the facility until November 2026. The developer is KKB No. 2 itself, writes KrasnodarMedia news agency.

The project is being implemented in two stages. The first one will run from September 2025 to December 2026. The completion of the second stage is scheduled for March 2027.

Earlier it was reported that the Krasnodar authorities decided to return to the underground passage construction project. Several previously "frozen" facilities may be built in the next 3-5 years.
