The administration of St. Petersburg has developed a system that will make it possible to distinguish simple "nalyvayki" from restaurants. The Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade will assume responsibility for maintaining a list of establishments that will meet the requirements and prove their "restaurant" status.

The committee's experts will work closely with the district administrations to form the list. The registry procedure has been developed. It is attached to the draft resolution.

78 TV channel clarifies that, in accordance with the new law, alcohol is prohibited from being sold from 22:00 to 11:00 in public catering establishments located in residential buildings. The exceptions are restaurants. Unlike "bulk containers", they comply with certain technical standards and area standards.

On April 1, 2024, a number of new laws came into force in Russia. In particular, in the regions of the country, a ban on the operation of the so-called filling stations began to take effect. Now the regions can ban the sale of beer, beer drinks, cider, poire and mead in public catering outlets located in apartment buildings and adjacent territories, as well as limit the opening hours of these establishments.
