The creative festival "Youth Point" has started in Moscow
The Youth Point Creative Festival is being held in the capital as part of the Summer in Moscow project. This was announced on June 10 on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow. mos.ru .
"There are four playgrounds for visitors: Creative, Development, Neural Networks, Sport, as well as a veranda and a rollerdrome. The events are scheduled to take place on June 10, 11, 15 from 12:00 to 21:00, and from June 12 to June 14 from 12:00 to 23:00. The program and schedule are regularly updated and supplemented on the Youth of Moscow portal. The Youth Point festival will last until September 7," the publication says.
So, on June 10 and 11, at the Creative hub, visitors to the event will have the opportunity to participate in a slime-making workshop. Guests will gain skills in mixing ingredients correctly, as well as choosing sparkles and textures. At the end, each visitor will receive their own unique slime, made with their own hands.
"On June 12, a forge and a coin box will be located in the Creative zone. They will be open from 13:00 to 19:00. In these workshops, everyone will be able to forge a souvenir or mint their lucky coin. From 15:00 to 16:00, they will teach how to make a Russian tricolor out of paper, and at 16:00 they will hold a master class on painting nesting dolls. Participants will also be told how the tradition of decorating a matryoshka doll originated in Russia and what artistic styles of painting exist. The same master class can be attended from 13 to 15 June at 16:00," the organizers said.
And for those who want to learn how to grow greens at home, master classes will open on June 13 and 15 at 14:00. Information about the benefits of using different types of microgreens will be provided to everyone. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge in such home gardening under the guidance of a master.
"Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to the Sports hub. On June 12, 13, 14 and 15, you will have the opportunity to test your dexterity and coordination in the ancient Russian game of lapta or a more modern version of the fun called "Catch the Ball". The Sports ground will be open to guests from 12:00 to 21:00. You can learn about how Russian folk games are played — ring wrestling, twirling, clubbing and others on June 12 on the veranda of the main pavilion from 12:00 to 20:00," the portal reports.
Earlier, on June 8, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the attendance of the "Summer in Moscow" events — 6.3 million people attended various events in a week since the launch of the project. So, every Saturday evening, musicians perform in the capital's parks as part of the Musical Lounge festival. His repertoire includes jazz improvisations, rock ballads, and electronic experiments.
