Russian player of the Washington Capitals hockey club of the National Hockey League (NHL) Alexander Ovechkin got into the database of the extremist Ukrainian website "Mirotvorets".

According to the portal, by participating in international competitions, the athlete allegedly "bleached the reputation of Russia." In addition, the athlete is accused of allegedly "justifying aggression against Ukraine" among a foreign audience.

The Mirotvorets website publishes the data of people who allegedly threaten the national security of Ukraine.

Earlier, on February 20, Russian stylist and singer Sergey Zverev appeared on the lists of the Ukrainian website "Mirotvorets". As indicated on the resource, the reason was the expression of support for the special military operation (SVO) of Russia.

The Mirotvorets website, created in 2014, is a public registry of personal data of journalists, artists, politicians and other media personalities from different countries who allegedly threaten the national security of Ukraine.
