Every fourth resident of Russia is categorically not ready to work with friends, even if it would be financially profitable. Such data was obtained by analysts in a study of the logistics operator NC Logistic, which was reviewed by Izvestia on June 10.

The survey showed a contradictory attitude towards the practice of "Bring a friend". Thus, 37% of respondents positively assess the opportunity to work with friends, while 25% reject such a prospect even with a monetary reward.

"The results demonstrate an ambiguous attitude towards referral programs. For their successful implementation, it is important to take into account the concerns of employees and minimize reputational risks," explained Irina Pak, HR Director at NC Logistic.

The main reasons for refusal are related to the unwillingness to take responsibility for the mistakes of acquaintances (18%) and fears for their own reputation (13%). However, 9% of the respondents are afraid of accusations of nepotism, and 7% are not ready to recommend their company.

The expert noted that the program is particularly effective for attracting workers in regions where word of mouth is widespread.

Denis Tsyplakov, Chairman of the VM-Pravo Bar Association, told Izvestia on June 3 that in conditions of abnormal heat, according to current sanitary standards (SanPiN 1.2.3685-21), employers are required to reduce the length of the working day when temperature limits are exceeded, while maintaining full salaries for employees.
