The number of vacancies for flaw detectors in the Russian industry increased by 76% in the spring of 2025 compared to the same period last year. Analysts of the Avito Rabota service told Izvestia about this on June 10.
It is noted that specialists responsible for checking the condition of materials and structures and identifying hidden defects in production were offered an average of 76 thousand rubles.
According to analysts, the demand for grinders has increased by 72% among industrialists. In the spring of 2025, applicants for this full-time position could expect an average of 109.3 thousand rubles per month.
The three most in—demand specialists also included installers - the number of vacancies increased by 66% over the year, and the average salary offered was 106.8 thousand rubles.
The top 6 also included an apparatchik (+59%), an electroplator (+50%) and a sandblaster (+41%).
Against the background of the growing demand for industrial professions, manufacturing companies began to offer higher salaries to new employees. The most significant growth was recorded among electroplators (+50%, up to 82 thousand rubles per month), carvers (+32%, up to 93.4 thousand rubles) and turners (+29%, up to 155.1 thousand rubles).
They are followed by a grinder (+28%, up to 109.3 thousand rubles), a sandblaster (+25%, up to 110.3 thousand rubles) and a mining foreman (+23%, up to 117.8 thousand rubles).
In April, it was reported that the most profitable professions in Russia were a real estate agent (178,204 rubles), a frontend developer (153,864 rubles) and a project manager (145,936 rubles). According to the Dream Job employer brand development platform, the average salary in the country is 64,561 rubles. In Moscow, this figure is almost 30% higher.
