CNN reported on the suspension of an ABC News correspondent due to criticism of the White House

ABC News correspondent Terry Moran was suspended from his job because of his publication criticizing American leader Donald Trump and the president's homeland security adviser Stephen Miller. This was reported on June 8 by CNN.

It is clarified that the journalist called Trump and Miller "world-class haters," and also stated that hatred for the US president is a way of "glorification."

"Veteran ABC News correspondent Terry Moran was suspended from work on Sunday after he published an extremely critical assessment of President Donald Trump and Trump's deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller," the publication said.

According to the TV channel, the American administration condemned the journalist's statements, and White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt called on the TV channel to apply disciplinary action to the correspondent.

Moran's representative, in turn, noted that the TV channel where the journalist works stands for objectivity, and the correspondent's statements do not "reflect the point of view of ABC News."
