A fight broke out in the Moscow Metro between two passengers, one of whom touched the other while descending the escalator at the Park Kultury station on the Koltsevaya Line. This was announced on June 5 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

The footage shows how one of the passengers knocked down the other and started hitting him.

"During the scuffle, a 27-year-old Muscovite struck his opponent several times, after which he disappeared. The victim needed medical help," Wolf wrote on her Telegram channel.

It is specified that employees of the patrol and post police service of the Department of Internal Affairs on the Moscow Metro of Russia identified the suspect and detained him at the Novoslobodskaya metro station. A criminal case was opened against him under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Beatings"). The suspect was given a preventive measure as a written undertaking not to leave.

On May 19, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a criminal case into a mass brawl in Makhachkala that took place on May 16. It is specified that the incident occurred in the park named after Fazu Aliyeva group, where more than 50 people, including minors, provoked a mass brawl. A criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
