The supervisory authority has filed a lawsuit to recognize the relationship as an employment relationship. The court satisfied these requirements. The employer tried to appeal, but the court did not support him.

Now the farmer is obliged to pay compensation to the injured worker. The agency does not specify the amount of compensation.

Earlier it was reported that in the EAO, the court granted the claim of the prosecutor of the Obluchensky district, demanding moral compensation from the company for an injury at work. The check was carried out after a local resident contacted the supervisory authority. She injured her knee at work. According to the court decision, the victim will be paid 400 thousand rubles as moral compensation.
