The Ministry of Health of Dagestan reported on the serious condition of the wounded in the shooting of police officers.

The condition of two policemen injured in the attack in Makhachkala remains stable and serious. This was announced on May 6 by the head of the press service of the Ministry of Health of Dagestan, Zarina Agmadova.

"The condition of both policemen remains stably serious," she told RIA Novosti.

The shooting in Makhachkala took place on May 5. Later, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan reported on the elimination of two attackers. As a result of the incident, seven people were injured, two policemen were also killed, and two more were injured. Investigators have opened a criminal case on the fact of an attempt on the life of law enforcement officers.
