During the event, volunteers presented blue handkerchiefs to visitors of the Moscow metro, which symbolize love, memory and loyalty. In addition, the participants of the action sang songs of the war years and read poems. A children's group also performed the Bullseye dance.
The concert was organized with the support of the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. The action is an opportunity for employees of the Moscow metro to honor the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
Earlier, on May 1, the Immortal Regiment on Transport campaign was launched in Moscow and the Moscow Region, which will last until May 12. In addition, it was reported that the participants of the Immortal Regiment of Russia NGO and volunteers plan to distribute St. George ribbons in public transport.
