Dubai Masquerade: how coach Inna Tliashinova legalized income

Coach Inna Tliashinova, who is suspected of tax evasion, has re-registered an apartment in Moscow with her relative in order to legalize her income, a source told Izvestia. On April 30, a criminal case was opened against the blogger for money laundering and concealment of almost half a billion rubles. Tliashinova is known for conducting seminars and giving consultations on the topic of personal growth and income increase. Among her clients are many stars, for example, Philip Kirkorov, Ani Lorak, Lyubov Uspenskaya. The blogger is currently on the international wanted list — the investigation is requesting her arrest in absentia. How the criminal scheme was organized and what punishment the coach faces is described in the Izvestia article.
A half-billion dollar case
The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under the article on tax evasion in the amount of 431 million rubles against coach and blogger Inna Tliashinova, the press service of the department reported. In addition, she is suspected of legalizing money or other property.
According to the Izvestia source, in order to hide her income, Tliashinova signed a contract to participate in the shared construction of an apartment, and in the process she transferred luxury real estate to a relative. The apartment is located in a clubhouse in Moscow on Shchipok Street, he added.
The developer's website states that the building has been under construction since 2021. Its area is 3.6 thousand square meters. m. The cost of apartments in it is 29-32 million rubles. They promise to equip a designer SPA area with a sauna, a gym, an enoteca and a cigar room for residents.
The building is currently empty: construction work is still underway there. The source also clarified that Tliashinova rented apartments in Moscow, as well as houses in the Moscow region and Rostov-on-Don. In addition, the coach lived in a rented mansion in the village of Yurlovo in the Moscow region, measuring almost 10,000 square meters and costing 1.6 million rubles per month. Since 2024, the blogger has been based in the United Arab Emirates.
Tliashinova's lawyer told Izvestia that his client had not received an official debt claim from the Federal Tax Service. According to him, the last check on her was carried out in the fall of 2024.
"We were provided with an inspection report, which was disputed," he said. — We don't know the results. An additional check was also carried out, we also did not know how it ended. We plan to appeal the current claims.
The Federal Tax Service also requested documentation on the assignment of the company associated with Tliashinova and its beneficiaries. The lawyer did not provide the name of the company.
According to SPARK, at various times the blogger was the owner of the companies LLC "International Academy of Master analysis", LLC "GC "Business Solutions", LLC "Business solutions-SOUTH". She also owned half of the Business Assistance Management Company LLC. In addition, Tliashinova was listed as the director of the ANO "SIC AMR named after I. Tliashinova" (the Scientific Research Center of the Inna Tliashinova Master of Analysis Academy).
What threatens the coach
Lawyer Oksana Nikitina believes that Tliashinova used an illegal scheme to break up businesses, which were also used by other well—known coaches, against whom criminal cases were opened, in particular, Elena Blinovskaya and Valeria Chekalina.
The essence of the scheme is to distribute the proceeds from the sale of information services between several legal entities or sole proprietors in order to reduce the tax burden. Each of the newly created legal entities earned less than the limits set by law so that the business remained within the framework of preferential tax systems.
Tax evasion can result in up to three years in prison, and money laundering — up to seven years. In total, the sentence can be up to ten years in a penal colony, said lawyer Oksana Nikitina. However, when sentencing Tliashinova, the mitigating circumstance of having four young children will be taken into account.
"She will be given a preventive measure in absentia, it may be an arrest in absentia," she explained.
The agreement between Russia and the UAE on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters does not provide for the possibility of forced extradition, said Yuri Telegin, a lawyer at the European Legal Service. Thus, if Inna Tliashinova herself does not decide to return to her homeland, it will be problematic to detain her.
Despite this, even in the absence of a previously concluded international treaty, the competent authorities of the states can agree on the extradition of persons prosecuted, he noted.
What is the blogger known for
Inna Tliashinova calls herself an "expert on the subconscious mind", as well as the founder of the International Academy of Quantum Psychology "Master of Analysis". Her website states that the academy teaches "easily and effortlessly" to earn an income of 1 million rubles per month, to understand the differences between male and female subconsciousness, as well as how to get married in a few months.
The blogger has about 500,000 followers on social media. She has worked with many Russian pop celebrities. Among her clients are singer Philip Kirkorov, singers Ani Lorak and Lyubov Uspenskaya, producer Yana Rudkovskaya, actress Marina Fedunkiv and others.
The coach also sells various seminars and courses, and organizes retreats. The minimum cost is from 10 thousand rubles.
On January 27, 2024, Tliashinova's guards attacked Izvestia journalist Natalia Grafchikova. The correspondent was preparing a story about the Russian blogosphere and asked questions at the star coach's seminar, which was held in an elite cottage in Khimki near Moscow. The blogger's bodyguards pushed the journalist out of the room without shoes. The girl also fell and hit her head on the stone floor of the lobby, resulting in multiple bruises and bruises, as well as a head injury.
The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case on the fact of obstructing the legitimate activities of a journalist.
"The TFR staff explained to me that they were there, but they were not allowed into the house,— Natalia Grafchikova said. — When asked why they reacted so aggressively to the film crew, the organizers of the event replied that they were afraid to attract unnecessary attention to themselves. They were afraid that after filming, the authorities would start checking their income, taxation and various documents.
The defendants were assigned forced labor for a year and a half with 20% of their salaries deducted from the state income. Tliashinova was a witness in this case. The convicts tried to appeal the decision, but on April 9, 2025, the court upheld the verdict.
