In the Kaliningrad region, the sappers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations found ammunition from the Great Patriotic War (WWII). This was announced on April 16 by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the region.
It is clarified that experts found five artillery shells, two mines, and one wartime fuse near the village of Pavlovo.
"Since the beginning of the year, 390 explosive objects have been found in the Kaliningrad region, including seven aerial bombs," the ministry added.
On March 15, pyrotechnics of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations defused an aerial bomb in the Krasnodar Territory. It was noted that a high-explosive aerial bomb weighing 500 kg was discovered near the city of Timashevsk in the Krasnodar Territory during excavation work.
