The Foreign Ministry warned about the right of the Russian Federation to respond against the background of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on energy facilities

The strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Russian energy facilities indicate the incompetence of Kiev. This was stated on March 22 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, her words are quoted on the agency's website.

"With such antics, Kiev once again demonstrates its complete incompetence, as well as its lack of desire to achieve peace. As in 2022, provocations were launched again in order to disrupt the negotiation process," she said.
