The region is conducting an experiment to create school groups at kindergartens for children with poor health. It helps to support them. Sergey Sitnikov handed Vladimir Putin a collection of poems written by Kostroma residents in the free zone. The first company is creating the largest thermal power plant near Kostroma, which will significantly reduce the cost of electricity, and the second is launching a large-format plywood production plant. By the end of this year, the facilities will reach their design capacity, the head of the region added.

There are no problems with kindergartens in the region, the head of the region assured. The same applies to education in general. Moreover, the Kostroma Region is conducting an experiment to create school groups at kindergartens for children with poor health.
