VTB has started integrating the network of Postbank branches

According to a VTB representative, the launch of integration with Postbank allows expanding retail customers' access to banking services. "The first customer centers have already started serving VTB customers, and starting in the fall we will start changing signage," said Svetlana Syrtsova, head of the network Administration Department and Senior Vice President at VTB.
VTB financial services and products have become available in 125 customer centers in 48 regions of Russia, VTB stressed. By the end of March, VTB customers will be able to order any product at more than 300 Postbank service points across the country. At the same time, Postbank customers will be able, as before, to receive financial services in their usual locations, including through Russian Post employees.
