Ukrainian media reported explosions in Dnipropetrovsk and Vinnytsia regions.

In Dnipropetrovsk and Vinnytsia regions Ukraine explosions have occurred. This was reported on February 28 by the Ukrainian TV channel TSN.

"Dnipropetrovsk region — explosions. <...Vinnytsia region — explosions," the messages on the Telegram channel say.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared in the Kiev, Sumy, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
