FAS uncovered collusion in the supply of hard coal in Kamchatka Krai
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has revealed collusion in the supply of hard coal in the Kamchatka region for the amount of 1.5 billion rubles, the press service of the antimonopoly body reported on February 17.
"Signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation were found in the conduct of auctions and tenders for the organization of the heating season. Resource supplying organizations JSC "Koryakenergo" and JSC "Kamchatenergoservice", which are customers, are suspected of creating preferential conditions for bidders LLC "Kamchatka Shipping Company", LLC "Eco-Service", LLC "Terminal-West". Realization of anticompetitive agreement could lead to restriction of competition in the market of hard coal supply in the territory of Kamchatka Territory", - is stated in the message.
In case of establishment of guilt the enterprises will face turnover fines, the FAS specified.
On January 13, FAS fined Alfa Bank for improper advertising campaign with "Yandex Food". It was reported that the joint advertising was distributed on the air of federal TV channels. The video contained attractive information for consumers about the accrual of a 50% cashback when paying for an order in the service "Yandex" any card of the bank.
Earlier, the service recognized Alfa Bank's and Yandex Food's advertising as inappropriate and issued the companies with an instruction to cease violating the federal law "On Advertising".
