It is specified that law enforcement authorities are carrying out the necessary investigative and operational actions on the fact of the incident.

Conflicts between citizens and employees of the TCK in the country occur regularly. So, the day before, on February 11, it was reported that in one of the districts of Rivne region in Ukraine men of mobilization age attacked the employees of the military recruitment office and damaged military equipment. The attackers are on the wanted list.

Before that, on February 10, a resident of Chernihiv sprayed a gas canister in the face of an employee of the TCC and SP. It is specified that after the deed the man ran away and hid in the house, but was detained.

In April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose term of office expired on May 20 last year, signed a law on toughening mobilization. In particular, he lowered the age of mobilization from 27 to 25 and signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of persons liable for military service, which combines information on the personal data of Ukrainians, including details of domestic and foreign passports. There are no provisions on demobilization in the documents.

Martial law in the country has been in effect since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are prohibited from leaving the country.
