A state of emergency has been introduced in the Pervomaisky district of Rostov-on-Don, which was attacked by Ukrainian drones overnight. This was reported by the Governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar on February 8.

"At the meeting of the commission on emergency situation in Rostov-on-Don it was decided to introduce a state of emergency in the Pervomaisky district of the city on the territory of apartment buildings that were damaged tonight. Specialists of the Investigative Committee have completed their work on site, surveyed the territory. Now the communal workers can begin restoration work", - he wrote in Telegram-channel.
