Five houses in the Krasnodar region were damaged as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the Governor of the region Veniamin Kondratiev in Telegram on February 8.

"Another drone attack by the criminal Kiev regime. The target was civilian objects in the Slavyansk district. Unfortunately, in the fall of UAV debris in five houses there is damage to the roof, broken windows", - stated in the publication.

It is noted that there are no casualties in the attack of the AFU.

Earlier in the day it was reported that the forces of air defense (air defense) overnight intercepted 36 Ukrainian UAVs over the regions of Russia. It is specified that 18 drones were shot down over the territory of Rostov region, 11 UAVs were intercepted over the territory of Volgograd region, five - intercepted over the territory of Belgorod region and two - over Krasnodar Krai.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
