- The Serbian government has decided to push for the adoption of the law on foreign agents
"Movement of Socialists" will not give up its intention to adopt the law on foreign agents. Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and party leader Aleksandar Vulin told Izvestia.
"Color revolutions are impossible to carry out without a lot of money, and they are allocated and distributed through NOs. There is the experience of Russia, China, Belarus and other countries that defeated the West's attempts to destroy them in the streets. So far we do not have the support of the ruling majority, but we will not stop fighting. I am a very persistent person and I will not stop opposing Soros and the Western intelligence services that are destroying us," he said.
Serbia's Movement of Socialists is part of the ruling coalition.
Since November 2024, anti-government protests organized by students and opposition representatives have been held in Serbia. The main reason for the protests was the tragedy at the Novi Sad train station, which occurred on November 1 and led to the death of 15 people.
At the end of last year, President Aleksandar Vucic refused to support the draft law on foreign agents, which was submitted to parliament. At the same time, he noted that "various Serbian organizations and media outlets receive money from abroad to overthrow the government."
