A nutritionist has named the best time to eat breakfast
Doctor of Medical Sciences, nutritionist Margarita Koroleva told on Wednesday, February 5, when it is necessary to have breakfast, and what components should be present in this meal.
The specialist noted that breakfast is the main meal that triggers all metabolic processes, so it should contain all the fundamental components.
"Complex carbohydrates in the composition of breakfast are the highest priority, but it can also be carbohydrates from thermally processed vegetables. A cutlet from a composition of fish, poultry or meat is also perfectly acceptable for breakfast. Natural products are the basis of nutrition," - said the expert in conversation with Radio 1.
According to Koroleva, in the composition of breakfast should be dairy and sour-milk products, a variety of cereals, which were specially processed and retained all the nutritional value.
"Breakfast should be in the first hour after waking up. And a healthy breakfast makes it possible to maintain cognitive function, and most importantly - gives strength for all the things," she concluded.
Earlier, on February 3, gastroenterologist Ekaterina Kashukh told Life.Ru that breakfast is especially important for those whose schedule does not allow a full lunch.
