The air temperature in Moscow during the day will vary from +4 to +6 degrees. At night, the thermometer columns will drop to +1.

In the Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from +1 to +6 degrees, and at night the temperature may fall to -1.

A southwesterly wind with a speed of 3-8 m/s is expected.

At the same time, Mikhail Leus, leading specialist of the weather center "Phobos", in a conversation with "Izvestia", explained that in January this year, temperatures above the climatic norm are observed, because in 2025, the high-altitude frontal zone is located in the areas of the Arctic coast of Russia and cyclones, which pass mainly by northern routes, brought warm air from the Atlantic and the Mediterranean instead of cold air.
