Russian robotics experts plan to visit Ethiopia in 2025

Ethiopia is showing increased interest in the developments of Russian scientists in the field of robotics. Russian Ambassador to the country Evgeny Terekhin told Izvestia.

"We plan to repeat the successful experience of last year and bring Russian robotics specialists with their inventions to Ethiopia again. There is a keen interest in new technologies here, particularly in robotics and IT. Such events attract special attention of local youth to the achievements of our country in the field of innovations and motivate them to learn from our highly qualified specialists," the diplomat says.

At the same time, as part of the "New Generation" program implemented by the Russian House in Addis Ababa, young Ethiopian specialists from various fields under the age of 35 also make short-term trips to Russia and participate in specialized events.
