Drone operators destroyed an armored vehicle "Cossack" of the AFU in Zaporizhzhya region

Drone operators of the motorized rifle regiment of the general army of the Dnipro group of troops have destroyed a Cossack armored vehicle and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), who were rotating in the Orekhovskyi direction in Zaporizhzhya Region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on January 28.

During the monitoring flight, the calculation detected a target and transmitted information to the command post. After that, the task was set to detect the movement of personnel near the vehicle in order to inflict maximum damage to the enemy with a single drone strike.

Then the reconnaissance drone operator detected the movement of militants, and the kamikaze drone hit the target.

It is noted that the work of drone operators can save the lives of attack and reconnaissance drones that perform daily combat missions in close proximity to the enemy.

Earlier, on January 26, the agency showed footage of combat work of scouts of the motorized rifle regiment of the 58th general army of the group of troops "Dnipro", who discovered and destroyed the calculation of the AFU. Reconnaissance teams of the Russian military regularly conduct raids and patrols, collecting data on the number of enemy personnel and their movements.
