T-Technologies reports profit

The parent group of T-Bank has published its operating statements for 2024 (available to the editorial staff). According to the document, the total profit of the group's banking business, including the recently integrated Rosbank, exceeded 112 billion rubles.

The number of the group's customers has grown to 48 million people, while using T-Bank's payment services, customers have paid for purchases worth 9 trillion rubles. The group has 5.4 trillion rubles in customer accounts and under management," the group reported.

For the first time, T-Technologies' reporting includes indicators from Rosbank, which joined T-Bank in December 2024. The effective consolidation of the financial institution, as well as the new policy of paying dividends on a quarterly basis, supported the quotes of T-Technologies — the share price has already increased by 10% since the beginning of 2025.

Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of T-Technologies, stressed that the group continues to follow the strategy by investing most of the funds raised from customers in risk-free money market instruments.

"We started 2025 by completing the integration of Rosbank as a branch of T-Bank, conducting the largest one-time product migration of more than 3 million customers in just 44 minutes. Our capital has grown significantly as a result of the transaction, and thanks to the reorganization, we have additional opportunities to use it effectively to accelerate business growth in the interests of shareholders," said Bliznyuk.

The group's IFRS financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2024 are scheduled to be published in March. T-Technologies is planning to publish its consolidated IFRS financial statements for 2024 in March.
