Avito Rabota and the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) Training Center have agreed on a partnership. The corresponding agreement was signed by Dmitry Puchkov, Managing Director of the service, and Andrey Kozlovsky, director of the training center.

According to Avito, the new partnership will be implemented as part of a project that brings together enterprises, educational institutions and businesses to jointly address the challenges of preserving and developing human capital. The parties to the agreement intend to outline the vector of interaction between the world's largest steel producer and a popular job search and employee search platform.

The agreement provides for the organization and holding of events aimed at increasing the attractiveness of technical professions among young people and career guidance for a new generation, recruiting and introducing scientific and technical solutions into production.

As a flagship industrial company, MMK is interested in talented and productive personnel who meet modern personnel requirements, the company noted. In turn, Avito Rabota indicated that they have a large amount of analytical data for an objective assessment of the state of the labor market and its development prospects, as well as the introduction of optimal approaches to training, hiring and development of specialists.

According to Dmitry Puchkov, cooperation with the MMK training center was a step towards creating "a new ecosystem of professional development, taking into account the requirements of the modern economy." In turn, Andrey Kozlovsky drew attention to the fact that the partnership "will allow using the existing infrastructure and not creating new administrative units," which, in turn, "will ensure flexibility and efficiency in the implementation of tasks and pilot projects, reducing the time and financial costs of creating new legal entities."
