Medvedev visited the Bryansk Chemical Plant

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting of the special group of the military-industrial commission in Bryansk region that he had visited the Bryansk chemical plant. The video broadcast of the meeting on January 23 was published on his page in the social network "VKontakte".

He noted that this plant had previously been attacked by various means of destruction and drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

"We had to see what the situation was like there," Medvedev said.

The deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council added that the plant continues to fulfill the state defense order in full.

Earlier, on December 20, 2019, the Bryansk Chemical Plant named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR entered the federal target program for 2021-2026. During this time, they plan to invest 3.5 billion rubles in the development of the enterprise. The Bryansk Chemical Plant opened in 1935 and is the town-forming enterprise of the town of Seltso.
