Criminal case opened after school bus accident near Volgograd
In the Volgograd region a criminal case has been opened after a traffic accident with a school bus, where one child was killed and eight more people were injured. This was reported on January 23 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the region in Telegram-channel.
"A criminal case has been instituted on the indications of a crime under p. "in" part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety, causing the death of a person by negligence")", - stated in the message.
It is specified that the conditions of transportation of children will be checked, as well as a legal assessment of compliance with safety standards.
January 23 accident with a school bus and a car occurred on the road Volgograd - Kotelnikovo - Salsk. It was specified that a child was killed in the accident.
As noted in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the injured have been hospitalized, they are receiving all the necessary care and examinations.
