Peskov spoke about Moscow's position on Armenia's work in the CSTO

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday, January 23, that the topic of Armenia's reinstatement to the CSTO was not discussed during the last conversation between the country's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

"The CSTO organization is an independent, grown-up, mature organization that has proven its effectiveness and demand. The work in it continues," the Russian presidential spokesman said at a briefing.

He noted that Yerevan has not declared its intention to leave the organization so far.
